The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or until finished.

You Will
- Train new selectors on the selection process
- Train warehouse employees and others regarding safety-related issues
- Audit pallets and work
- Assist with loading, inspecting, and ensuring proper load quality.
- Collaborate with the supervisor to cover the desk when necessary
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and work-related injuries
- Prepare and submit accident-related compliance forms and maintain files
- Develop various safety reports and cost-saving recommendations
- Develop employees engaged in safety, training, and/or compliance processes.
- 3 years of Warehouse Distribution experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Double Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred
- Sit-Down and Stand-Up Forklift experience preferred
- RF Scanner experience preferred
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
