Part-Time Administrative Assistant (In-Office 1 Day/Week)
Hourly Rate: $12–$18/hour
Location: Hybrid (1 day in-office per week required)
About the Role:
Small, growing accounting firm is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. This part-time role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing independent work with occasional in-office collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide front-office support including phones, email correspondence, and visitor greetings
- Manage scheduling, meeting logistics, and document organization
- Prepare invoices, correspondence, and basic reports
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and transaction reconciliation
- Maintain client files and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Support accountants and leadership with administrative and special projects
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Assistant
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks or accounting software a plus
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional admin or accounting coursework preferred)
Schedule & Compensation:
This is a part-time role with flexible scheduling and one mandatory in-office day per week.
Hourly pay ranges from $12–$18/hour, depending on experience.
