What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Maintenance Technician position at Impec Group?
- Required to shower before entering the barrier shield and again before leaving.
- Performs electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance, and repair of machinery, equipment and HVAC systems.
- Performs diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
- Performs dismantling, assembling and installing industrial machinery.
- Requisitions and keep supply of spare parts.
- Performs Maintenance Preventive Maintenance Schedules, special projects and area repair requests.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and observes safety regulations/rules.
- Follow specifications, wire schematics, blueprints, job orders and assigned duties.
- Performs work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.
- Respond to alarm calls associated with equipment of building conditions.
- Assists in maintaining facility equipment lists, equipment files and history of repairs.
- Operate Johnson Control systems in regard to basic on/off commands.
- Performs calibration of applicable equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Assist in other areas as required.

- Experience or 1-2 years related experience and/or training.
- High School Degree or G.E.D
