Project Manager (Exhibits & Trade Shows)

As we continue to grow our North Las Vegas team, we’re looking for a Project Manager (Exhibits & Trade Shows) who’s passionate about building exceptional environments and managing every detail of the production process.

This role focuses on custom-built exhibit and event environments, where you’ll play a key role in delivering projects on time, on budget, and beyond client expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end production process, managing project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and execution.
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams using Impact XM project management systems to ensure all details are tracked.
• Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and deliver effective solutions.
• Support global estimating efforts by preparing detailed, accurate cost estimates.
• Partner with design teams on materials, finishes, and sourcing to ensure feasibility, quality, and brand alignment.
• Create and maintain implementation plans, work-back schedules, and vendor communications.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including coordinating services and issuing purchase orders.
• Mentor and support junior team members, particularly Project Coordinators.
• Participate in post-project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

• A passion for production, process, and people—you thrive on bringing ideas to life.
• 5–10 years of experience in exhibits, trade shows, events, or experiential marketing (or a similar project-based environment).
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, with a basic understanding of structural mechanics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects.
• Solid understanding of production materials, trade show regulations, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a client-first mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required.
