We are looking for an Production Associate with CNC experience in Concord, NC. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in assembling and packaging various materials and components. We are looking for an Production Associate with CNC experience in Concord, NC. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in assembling and packaging various materials and components. - Proficiently switch between various Assembler II roles as needed.
- Retrieve and prepare packing materials according to the Bill of Material.
- Assemble boxes/cartons and apply correct labeling.
- Inspect, count, and pack products into boxes/cartons following standard work instructions.
- Perform intermediate troubleshooting on mechanical equipment and resolve minor jams.
- Assist with changeovers, preventative maintenance, and cleaning tasks.
- Rework components as directed by supervision.
- Move finished goods to the staging area.
- Maintain safety standards and operate equipment safely.
- Document production rates and maintain records on quality audits and downtime.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the work area using 5S methodology.
- Follow standard work procedures to ensure product quality.
- Adapt to various work areas as per production schedules.
- Complete other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: 12 months of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- CNC experience is a plus.
- Manual dexterity for assembly tasks.
