What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Success Specialist position at IMPACT Technology Recruiting?
We are partnering with a growing organization to hire a Customer Success Specialist to support post-sale account management and campaign execution. This position is focused on processing, coordination, and client support.
This individual will work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff after deals close, manage onboarding, and execute client campaigns with a high level of accuracy and organization. This role will be onsite 5 days a week in Scottsdale, AZ.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the primary handoff point from Sales to Service post-close
- Manage client onboarding, contracts, and asset collection
- Set up and execute campaigns within CRM (Dynamics)
- Coordinate email and direct mail campaigns (testing, scheduling, deployment)
- Provide reporting, client updates, and ongoing support
- Troubleshoot issues and respond to client questions
- Manage a high volume of smaller accounts (50–100)
- Conduct light outreach to existing/warm clients for repeat business
Role Breakdown:
- 70% processing & execution
- 25% client/internal communication
- 5% light outreach
What We’re Looking For:
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable learning systems and tools (CRM experience preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Basic technical aptitude (HTML exposure is a plus)
