We are partnering with a growing organization to hire a Customer Success Specialist to support post-sale account management and campaign execution. This position is focused on processing, coordination, and client support.


This individual will work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff after deals close, manage onboarding, and execute client campaigns with a high level of accuracy and organization. This role will be onsite 5 days a week in Scottsdale, AZ.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the primary handoff point from Sales to Service post-close
  • Manage client onboarding, contracts, and asset collection
  • Set up and execute campaigns within CRM (Dynamics)
  • Coordinate email and direct mail campaigns (testing, scheduling, deployment)
  • Provide reporting, client updates, and ongoing support
  • Troubleshoot issues and respond to client questions
  • Manage a high volume of smaller accounts (50–100)
  • Conduct light outreach to existing/warm clients for repeat business


Role Breakdown:

  • 70% processing & execution
  • 25% client/internal communication
  • 5% light outreach


What We’re Looking For:

  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable learning systems and tools (CRM experience preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Basic technical aptitude (HTML exposure is a plus)

Salary : $30 - $35
