JOB SUMMARY
In this role, you’ll oversee the design, coordination, and delivery of employment and career support programs. You’ll guide a team of Job Coaches, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services that help individuals prepare for, obtain, and maintain competitive employment. The Supported Employment Program Manager also:
- Leads and supports a team of Job Coaches
- Oversees program operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and results.
- Builds partnerships with employers and community organizations.
- Monitors program outcomes and drives continuous improvement.
- Promotes inclusive employment practices and person-centered services.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Knowledge of CARF, DOL, VR, and DMH regulations.
- Strong oral and written communication, including advocacy and collaboration.
- Proficiency with computer programs (Zoom, Word, Excel, email, online documentation systems).
- Ability to supervise, coach, and train staff effectively.
- Skills in counseling/intervention techniques for individuals with disabilities.
- Knowledge of Person-Centered Planning and career development.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with job seekers, staff, businesses, and other stakeholders.
- Time management, independent decision-making, and problem-solving skills
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent, Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or Vocational Rehabilitation or related fields and two years of supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license (ability to obtain class E license within 14 days of hire)
- Proof of vehicle insurance
- Successful completion of background checks and reference verification
- Work flexible schedules, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand or sit for several hours and bend, stoop
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
