As a Program Manager for Community Living, you will oversee all aspects of assigned residential homes, driving exceptional, person-centered support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Essential Functions:

• Oversee assigned Community Living homes to ensure quality services, effective communication, and positive outcomes.
• Coordinate healthcare, medical appointments, and annual assessments; participate in individual planning.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate direct care staff; manage scheduling and payroll within budget.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, reporting, and monthly progress notes.
• Maintain safe, clean homes and coordinate maintenance and landlord communication.
• Communicate professionally with internal/external stakeholders and coordinate with agencies to prevent service disruptions.
• Monitor financial stability of individuals in coordination with accounting.
• Ensure compliance with program standards (DMH, CARF).
• Provide on-call and direct care coverage as needed

Skills Required to Perform the Duties of the Job:

• Excellent communication, writing, and organization skills
• Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, StationMD, Paycom, and Therap.
• Skill in making decisions independently in accordance with program and agency standards.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred: B.S. or B.S. in related field and/or 3 years of experience with individuals with ID/DD.)
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Valid driver's license (ability to obtain class E license within 14 days of hire)
• Proof of vehicle insurance
• Successful completion of background checks and reference verification
• Work flexible schedules, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand or sit for several hours and bend, stoop

Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
