What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time DSP (Evening and Weekend Shifts) position at IMPACT SUPPORT SERVICES?
Impact Support Services is seeking part-time DSP staff for open evenings, and weekend shifts, with some shorter shifts available throughout the week.
As a DSP, you'll provide compassionate, person-centered care, including:
- Assisting individuals with daily living activities (meds, meals, hygiene, cleaning, shopping, laundry)
- Supporting independence at home and in the community
- Helping individuals achieve personal goals
- Ensuring safety and following emergency procedures
- Communicating effectively and maintaining documentation.
- A valid Drivers License with the ability to obtain a Class E Drivers License within 14 days of hire & auto insurance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass driving and criminal background checks
- 6 months of stable work history
- Strong written communication and reliability
- 18 years old
