Consumer Services company in midtown Manhattan is seeking a contract-to-hire Human Resources Specialist to join their growing team.
Our client offers a hybrid work schedule and an hourly rate in the $35-$40 range depending on experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide day-to-day support across HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Coordinate and manage scheduling needs for interviews, new-hire activities, and internal HR meetings.
- Assist with administering HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and process HR documents, reports, and data requests with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support employee experience initiatives and overall HR operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of HR experience.
