Small investment fund in Norwalk, CT is seeking a contract Executive Assistant for immediate hire. This is a four month assignment, Monday - Friday in the office, with an hourly rate of $40.
Responsibilities include:
- Support a Senior Executive as their dedicated right-hand, managing a mix of business priorities and personal logistics like complex international travel and private commitments.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and investors. Ensure the Salesforce database and contact lists are always up to date.
- Manage expenses including tracking, reconciling and maintaining proper documentation.
- Assist with office management including presentations, running errands, and teaming up with the rest of the staff to handle event planning and vendor needs.
