Impact Staffing International (ISI) is seeking a Lease Administration Analyst (Contract) to join our client, a leading fast-casual restaurant brand, supporting their commercial real estate and development team. This is a 40 hours/week, 2-month contract based in Columbus, OH, working fully onsite Monday–Friday.
This position was created to provide temporary lease administration coverage for a high-volume real estate portfolio and offers the opportunity to work closely with lease administration, legal, finance, and development teams in a fast-paced corporate environment. There is potential for temp-to-perm consideration based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Support lease administration activities across a large commercial restaurant portfolio
- Review and interpret lease language, lease amendments, and related legal documentation
- Coordinate landlord communications regarding lease obligations, invoices, discrepancies, and payment issues
- Process rent payments, escrow-related items, one-time payments, and invoice requests accurately and timely
- Maintain and update rent schedules, lease records, and internal tracking systems
- Assist with lease amendments, recurring payment setup, and legal document coordination
- Monitor and manage shared lease administration inboxes, prioritizing high-volume communications
- Support vendor setup processes and maintain organized lease documentation files
- Work cross-functionally with legal, finance, operations, and real estate teams
- Help resolve discrepancies related to utilities, landlord ledgers, CAM charges, and payment applications
- Manage shifting priorities independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- 3 years of lease administration experience within commercial real estate environments
- Strong understanding of lease language, lease obligations, and commercial real estate terminology
- Experience supporting retail, restaurant, shopping center, mall, or similar high-volume portfolios strongly preferred
- Experience communicating directly with landlords and external property representatives
- Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple urgent tasks throughout the day
- Financial administrative experience including invoices, rent schedules, escrow payments, or reconciliations preferred
- Professional communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Experience with lease administration systems preferred; Tririga experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Oracle, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams preferred
- Excel proficiency is helpful but not a primary requirement
