Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (one-hour unpaid lunch)

Are you creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about finding innovative solutions? Impact Solutions is looking for a Promotional Products Coordinator to join our team!

In this role, you'll work closely with our sales team to research and source promotional products, develop creative recommendations, coordinate projects, and collaborate with vendors. You'll play an important role in helping our clients bring their brands to life through unique and memorable promotional products.

Promotional Product Research & Sourcing

• Research promotional products that align with client goals, branding initiatives, event themes, and budgets.

• Identify creative, innovative, and cost-effective product solutions that help our clients stand out.

• Utilize ASI, ESP, and supplier networks to explore product options and source merchandise.

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging products, and new supplier offerings.

Project Coordination

• Develop product presentations, recommendations, and research proposals to support the sales team.

• Coordinate product samples, including requests, orders, shipments, returns, and associated expenses.

• Monitor project timelines, track progress, and communicate updates to ensure deadlines are met.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, research records, and supplier information.

Vendor & Supplier Relationships

• Communicate directly with vendors to obtain product specifications, pricing, availability, and production timelines.

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable service and competitive product options.

• Collaborate with vendors to resolve questions and keep projects moving forward.

Sales & Marketing Support

• Assist with promotional product websites, online tools, and marketing initiatives.

• Organize and maintain product catalogs, displays, and sample inventory.

• Partner with the sales and operations teams to provide exceptional customer service and support successful project outcomes.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

• Previous experience in promotional products, marketing, customer service, sales support, purchasing, or project coordination is a plus.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and web-based applications.

• Ability and willingness to learn ASI, ESP, and supplier-specific platforms.

• Creative thinking and resourcefulness when researching products and developing solutions.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.

• Bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive team.
