• 3 years of mastery in overseeing production within highly regulated, sanitary environments is required
• We are looking for a disciplined leader ready to manage the 1:30 PM – 11:30 PM window in a highly regulated manufacturing center, driving production standards that align with the world's most rigorous food safety specifications
• Salary is up to $75,000 based on experience
• Time and a half is paid for all hours worked on Saturday plus bonus potential
• Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
• No remote as this is a 100% onsite position
• Full-time, permanent W-2 employee

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing production team, overseeing scheduling and daily work assignments
• Strategically plan and coordinate material flow and resources to optimize production efficiency and meet output targets
• Champion a culture of excellence by upholding stringent quality standards and ensuring compliance with all food safety protocols
• Initiate and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance procedures, methods, and equipment effectiveness
• Serve as a key liaison across departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
• A high level of organizational and communication skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team
• Experience working in a union environment and with conflict resolution is preferred
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A solid work history
• A US citizen or Green Card holder
