Heavy Equipment Assembly Technician – (Hydraulics & Technical Assembly)

- EXPERIENCE 1–2 Years Vocational Training or Equivalent On-the-Job Mechanical Experience
- SKILLS Proficient with Hand/Power Tools, Precision Measuring (Calipers), and Print Reading
- SCHEDULE 1st Shift | Mon-Fri (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
- COMP $25.00 – $30.00 per hour (Up to $62,400) Profit Sharing
- LOCATION Milesburg, PA area (100% Onsite)

What You Will Be Doing
- Assembling, testing, and inspecting high-spec hydraulic components and systems to ensure 100% compliance with performance standards
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to align and fasten complex subassemblies
- Utilizing overhead cranes to safely transport heavy components to your workstation
- Operating precision equipment, including torque wrenches, hose fitting crimping machines, and magnet drills
- Applying lubricants and greases according to exact specifications to ensure equipment longevity
- Performing critical quality inspections at various stages of the assembly process to catch deviations early
- Cross-training across multiple assembly stages to expand your technical versatility within the division
- Maintaining accurate documentation and paperwork to track the completion of production tasks
What We Are Looking For
- Technical Foundation: 1–2 years of vocational-technical training or equivalent hands-on mechanical experience
- Tool Proficiency: Expert use of air and electric power tools, torque wrenches, and precision measuring tools (calipers/micrometers)
- Hydraulic Aptitude: Experience with hydraulic assembly, including the installation of fittings and hoses, is highly preferred
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand throughout the day and lift up to 50 lbs as required by the assembly process
- Analytical Skills: The ability to read and understand complex prints and follow detailed technical instructions with minimal supervision
- Reliability: A solid, stable work history is required; our client values long-term career partners
- Requirements: Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder residing within a 45-minute drive of the Milesburg area
