The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:Oversee all aspects of industrial capital equipment projects from initial planning to final commissioning.Work with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success.Establish and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Conduct engineering calculations for key components and track project costs.Organize requirements for installation and provide on-site supervision as needed.Communicate with all departments regarding timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure projects are delivered on time.The background of the successful candidate must include the following:A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).5 years of project management experience, with a focus on custom or industrial capital equipment.Must have a clean criminal record due to customer and internship safety policies.A solid work history with demonstrated abilities in people skills and client interfacing.The ability to travel 20% to 40% in the United States, Canada, and Mexico, with a valid passport.Experience with sheet metal or heat recovery is a nice to have.A US citizen or possess a green card.A residence within 45 minutes.Please apply here or at impactsolutions.com/opportunities where you can see and apply for any of our open positions.
