Industrial Pipe Welder – High-Precision Pressure Component Fabrication
$25.00 - $52.00/Hour • Greenville, WI Area • 100% Onsite • Direct-Hire / Union Track
- 6 months of hands-on pipe TIG welding and fabrication experience required. Additional experience with MIG, Flux core, Arc welding and automated welding is preferred.
- Ability to successfully pass a 6G welding verification test as well as a bend test.
- Experience welding piping up to 72”.
- Non-Journeyman/Training tracks start at $25.00 – $32.00/hr. Current Wisconsin Journeyman Cardholders (Steamfitter / Pipefitter / Welders) earn $52.00/hr base rate.
- 12-hour shifts running Monday through Friday (1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 3rd Shift: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM).

The primary duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Reading and interpreting drawings/blueprints.
- Setting up and welding piping up to 72” using TIG, MIG, Flux core, Arc, and automated welding.
To be considered for this position, qualified candidates must possess the following experience and qualifications:
- 6 months of hands-on pipe TIG welding and fabrication experience required. Additional experience with MIG, Flux core, Arc welding and automated welding is preferred.
- Ability to successfully pass a 6G welding verification test as well as a bend test.
- If a candidate does not possess a Journeyman Card, they must demonstrate a willingness to enter this employer’s apprenticeship program to obtain one.
- If a candidate holds a Journeyman Card, they must be willing to pass a skills test in order to waive the requirement to enter the employer’s apprenticeship program.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A solid work history.
- U.S. citizenship or valid Green Card status is required.
- Must reside within a 45-minute commute of the work location.
