What Youll Do
- Prospect and generate new leads through networking, outreach, and follow-ups
- Meet with business clients on-site to understand their signage needs
- Prepare proposals, close sales, and oversee handoff to production
- Build and manage a growing book of business
- Maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Track sales performance and meet monthly/quarterly targets
- 2 years of sales experience (sign industry experience is a plus, not required)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Valid U.S. drivers license and current auto insurance
- Able to pass a background check and provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
Base Salary: $40,000$60,000 (based on experience)
Commission Structure:
- 5% on monthly sales up to $50,000
- 7% on sales from $50,001 to $100,000
- 10% on sales over $100,000
- Message Centers: Flat 5% commission
- $1,000 quarterly bonus for meeting sales targets
- $5,000 annual bonus for top performers (Presidents Club)
- Company laptop & cell phone provided

- PTO:
- 5 days after 1 year
- 10 days after 3 years
- Office located at: 2236 South 3270 West, Unit 1, Salt Lake City, UT 84119
- Hybrid field/office role majority of work will be on-site with customers
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Valid drivers license and insurance
- Background check and driving record review
- Completion of all onboarding documentation
- Non-compete agreement required
