Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist, based in Baton Rouge, LA. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, create, and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with diverse rehabilitation needs. Responsibilities include working closely with patients to promote recovery, prevent injury, and improve physical movement and quality of life. The role also involves advising patients on maintaining physical health and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques
- Strong skills in Patient Care and Home Care services to provide comprehensive support
- Knowledge and skills in medical practices related to physical therapy and rehabilitation
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Louisiana
- Compassionate, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple patients effectively
- Ability to develop and modify treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Experience using and documenting in electronic medical records is a plus
