**Duties:**
- Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling patient correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts, calendars, and scheduling software.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the front desk, waiting room, and adjacent offices.
- Computerize and maintain accurate records of patient information and medical history.
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting is highly desirable.
- A background in administrative work, including experience with scheduling software, is essential.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary.
