One full-time role. We'll work with you on location based on availability and fit. More clinics are opening across the Valley which means real opportunities for growth and leadership.
- Salary: $83,500 – $99,000 (based on experience)
- Sign-on bonus: $5,000
- Patient load: 8–10/day — quality over chaos
- Quarterly bonus: Up to $2,000/year
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, shifts between 7am–6pm
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week

- Evaluate and treat outpatient patients with individualized care
- Build real relationships and coach patients through meaningful progress
- Create and progress plans of care that get people back to what they love
- Use manual therapy and exercise-based treatment (dry needling/cupping a plus — not required)
- Document efficiently using streamlined systems
- Collaborate with your team to support patient outcomes and clinic goals
- DPT from an accredited program
- Arizona PT license in good standing (or in process)
- Strong communicator who genuinely enjoys building patient relationships
- Outpatient mindset — reliable, team-oriented, and coachable- Manual therapy experience is a plus
- 3.5 weeks paid time off per year (PTO 5 paid holidays 24 hrs sick time) — with PTO that grows with your tenure
