Impact Living Services is hiring Outpatient Therapists! Specifically, we are looking to hire individuals with a trauma-informed approach and are or are interested in becoming EMDR trained. We have options to provide EMDR training at no cost to our counselors.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health related field such as Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
- Must be registered as Licensed or Licensed Eligible from the Virginia Department of Health Professions (DHP).
- Minimum of 1 year of direct clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults in a mental health capacity.
- Must have a valid Driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass all child protective services, criminal history and DMV background checks
- Be a self-starter with good organizational and time management skills
- Must have positive, hopeful and professional attitude
Experience:
- 1 year of professional experience working with individuals with a mental health diagnosis (Required)
- 1 year of professional experience in an outpatient counseling setting (Preferred)
Education:
- Master’s Degree (Required)
License:
- Ability to register with the Virginia Board of Counseling as a License-Eligible clinician (Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
