What are the responsibilities and job description for the Incoming Communications Administrator position at Impact Images Inc.?
Our multi-million dollar company based in Corona, California is in need of a dedicated, intelligent and well-spoken individual to communicate with customers inquiries through web site leads, Facebook comments, and social media posts.
We receive over 2000 monthly communications and we need to ensure everyone is responded to in an urgent manner. You would be first point of human contact. Once contact is established you can forward these contacts to the appropriate sales staff or enter into the system yourself.
This is not a “sales” position however there are incentives based on the revenue your efforts generate for the company.
Full training provided and you would not need to call customers looking for business. This role is about administration of incoming inquiries.

THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION BUT VERY IMPORTANT.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
