Responsibilities and Duties
Position will include but is not limited to:
answering phones, processing and verifying check runs, business license maintenance, high volume of filing, ordering and maintaining office supplies, distribute daily mail, reception interface, supporting Lead Corporate Administrator.
Qualifications and Skills
Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
Must be highly organized, team oriented, self-disciplined and a quick learner.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!
