JOB SUMMARY
The IT Specialist will provide technical support to remote and in-house employees. The mission of this role is to improve team member experience by ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding, device management and support, and ticket resolution.
SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. You’ll be based out of our Lehi, Utah office. A hybrid office schedule is used after the training period, typically with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home. Some on-call time expected with additional stipend pay.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installing new software and hardware components
- Protects the confidentiality of information contained within the information systems through effective user controls, system auditing, and information systems operations
- Protects organization assets and ensures proper utilization of organization resources by securing software and hardware from unauthorized use and theft
- Manage help desk ticket queue and complete requests, primarily focused on onboarding and offboarding.
- Help with other miscellaneous IT items as directed.
- Maintain the current inventory database and order new equipment as needed.
- Educate coworkers on tools as needed.
- Resolve issues coworkers may have with their IT systems and software.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills, written and oral
- Must be detail oriented and extremely organized
