Responsibilities Include:
- Operate laser cutting equipment and run jobs according to schedule.
- Load and unload materials and finished parts.
- Adjust machine settings to ensure quality and maximize productivity.
- Inspect parts for accuracy, material compliance, and quantity.
- Deburr, organize, and route parts to the next operation.
- Provide feedback to improve quality and production efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and monitor material and consumable inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all departmental procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

We are looking for someone with:
- Laser operation experience cutting all types of materials (steel, stainless, aluminum)
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Experience with Trumpf and PRC Fiber lasers a plus but not required
