We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Carpenter apprentice to join our fast paced team. The Carpenter Apprentice will work under the guidance of experienced carpenters, assisting in the execution of projects that range from residential renovations to commercial builds.
Duties
- Assist in the construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Support in framing, trim carpentry, and cabinet installation tasks.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various carpentry tasks
- Engage in heavy lifting and manual labor as necessary on construction sites.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and adhere to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of construction principles and practices is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry techniques is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with carpentry work.
- Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn new skills.
