We are seeking a Part-Time General Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, shredding, and data entry
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence
- Process and deposit incoming paper checks
- Assist staff and visitors with basic inquiries and requests
- Additional tasks as needed File, scan, and organize physical and digital documents
- Perform data entry and maintain spreadsheets and databases
- Prepare reports and documents
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Keep communal areas clean and organized
- Assist with bookkeeping or other financial tasks if needed
- Provide general assistance to other departments or staff
- Help with office events and employee activities
- Assist new employees with administrative setup
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic and pride in the work you do
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, data entry)
- Intermediate Excel level preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Ability to learn new software/systems at a reasonable pace
