Engineering Manager
As the Engineering Manager, you will lead and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team in the design, development, and implementation of advanced material handling systems. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers across various disciplines.

- Proven experience in the material handling, automation, or manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated track record of leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing complex projects.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
