Territory Sales Representative | Jacksonville, NC
Impact 1 Financial is expanding in the Jacksonville market and hiring a Territory Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a field-based sales position focused on developing new business, building strong local relationships, and helping companies understand the products and services we offer to support their employees.
You’ll spend your time in the field meeting with business owners, managers, HR representatives, and employees while creating new opportunities and growing your client base. You’ll have the independence to manage your assigned territory with the training, coaching, and support of an experienced team behind you.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with local businesses throughout your assigned territory
- Develop new business through referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Conduct in-person appointments and presentations with prospective clients
- Meet with a variety of workplace contacts, including owners, managers, HR representatives, and employees
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide ongoing service and support
- Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-up activity independently
- Track client interactions and sales activity using CRM tools

- Comfortable meeting new people and building professional relationships
- Organized and accountable in managing daily activity
- Previous sales experience is helpful but not required
