Sales Account Representative

Impact 1 Financial is hiring a Sales Account Representative to join our growing team in Gastonia. With five consecutive years of double-digit growth, we’re expanding our team and looking for a relationship-driven professional ready to develop new business and grow a strong client base.

In this role, you’ll work directly with local businesses throughout Gastonia and the surrounding communities. You’ll prospect and network, meet face to face with business owners and decision-makers, conduct presentations, identify client needs, and guide clients through the products and services we offer to support their employees.

This is a full-time, field-based sales position for someone who enjoys being out in the community, building relationships, and developing new opportunities within an assigned territory.
