Qualifications and Educational Requirements for the Physical Therapist at iMotion Physical Therapy: 

• Language Proficiency: 

• Must be fluent in English. 

• Additional language skills in Spanish, Tagalog, or any Chinese languages are a plus, but not mandatory. 

• Licensing Requirements: 

• Must possess a valid Physical Therapist License for California. 

• Candidates who have obtained Physical Therapist License Application (PTLA) status from the Physical Therapy Board of California are also eligible to apply. 

• Educational Background: 

• A degree from an accredited physical therapy program is required. 

• New graduates are welcome to apply, making this an excellent opportunity for those beginning their professional journey in physical therapy. 

• Specialized Skills: 

• Must be comfortable with or open to treating patients in aquatic therapy settings. 

• No prior experience in aquatic therapy is needed; comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills. 

• Personal Attributes: 

• A willingness and openness to learn and perform aquatic therapy. 

• A commitment to patient-centered care and an ability to adapt to diverse patient needs.
