We're looking for energetic, customer-focused leaders who are passionate about developing people, driving sales, and creating an exceptional customer experience.
Whether you've been a Team Lead, Key Holder, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager, we want to meet you.
Adult retail experience is not required. We value confidence, coachability, leadership ability, and a passion for helping customers.
What You'll Do
- Lead by example on the sales floor.
- Coach and develop team members to achieve individual and store goals.
- Support daily store operations while maintaining company standards.
- Create a welcoming, judgment-free shopping experience for every customer.
- Build a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture.
- Help drive sales through outstanding customer engagement and product knowledge.

Compensation
- $38,000–$52,000 annually, based on experience, capability, store assignment, and approval.
