Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience may demonstrate some of the following: 1) Developing and interpreting policies, procedures, and strategies governing the planning and delivery of services; 2) Providing technical advice and recommendations on critical IT issues; 3) Establishing tools and procedures to monitor, track, and report progress toward IT modernization; and 4)Performing analysis, planning, designing, and implementation of the enterprise structural framework to align IT strategy, plans, and systems across the Navy's Information Warfare domain.

Qualifications:
Experience must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate
GS-5 through GS-15 (or equivalent): For all positions individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below. The employing agency is responsible for identifying the specific level of proficiency required for each competency at each grade level based on the requirements of the position being filled.
