What are the responsibilities and job description for the RADAR PROGRAM ANALYST position at IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS?
You will serve as a RADAR PROGRAM ANALYST in the Surface Warfare Division of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Examples of specialized experience include:
1) Identifying, developing, and reviewing radar program requirements documents in accordance with Department of Navy (DON) processes, providing solutions related to program cost, schedule, fielding, and performance to achieve goals.
2) Demonstrating superior communication skills by drafting, editing, and approving formal presentations and high-level briefings for Flag Officers and Congress, and advocating for Navy and Surface Warfare equities in various government, national, and international forums.
3) Representing Surface Warfare equities in electomagnetic spectrum management forums, ensuring surface warfare capabilities are preserved and supported through spectrum reallocation and sale initiatives.

Qualifications:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process to identify and prioritize radar programmatic issues, develop funding solutions for the Program Objective Memorandum (POM), assess budget exhibits, and provide data-driven decision support.Examples of specialized experience include:
