Position: Radiologic Technologist
Reports to: Practice Operations Manager
Summary: Atlantic Health Urgent Care is seeking full time X-Ray Technologists to serve a busy Urgent Care center in Hackettstown, NJ.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Prepare patients for x-rays following established procedures for patient care and safety.
· Exercise professional judgment and provide patient care essential to the radiology procedures.
· Obtain quality diagnostic radiographs as requested by providers, including orthopedic images.
· Assist other staff members (Medical Assistants, Front Desk Associates, Providers) as needed.
· All other duties as assigned by Office Manager or Practice Administrator
Requirements
Required Experience:
• Diagnostic Radiography license with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends
* Maintain QC book up to date
Salary : $37 - $40
