Principal Responsibilities
- Support structural analysis, design, and documentation for assigned projects
- Prepare calculations, drawings, specifications, and related technical deliverables
- Coordinate structural design activities with internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Maintain project documentation, design records, and communication throughout project execution
- Review project documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable requirements
- Assist with project schedules, deliverable timelines, and day-to-day project coordination
- Respond to design revisions, addenda, and project updates as needed
- Participate in meetings, field observations, and other project support activities as required
- Bachelor’s degree in structural engineering, civil engineering, architectural engineering, or a related field
- Experience supporting structural engineering design and project delivery
- Knowledge of structural systems, engineering principles, and applicable codes and standards
- Ability to prepare and review technical documents, calculations, and design deliverables
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and project stakeholders
- Strong organization, time management, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
