Title: High Volume Recruiter I
Schedule: Hybrid (Tue - Thu)
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 6 months
Top 3 responsibilities of this role:
1. Handling High Volume Non-Tech Req loads (30 ) is a MUST
2. Being able to navigate hundreds of applications for each job opening
3. Stakeholder management; someone who wants to learn the business/build relationships/understanding charters/challenges, etc.
Mandatory requirements the candidate(s) must have:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a full cycle Recruiter managing and owning high volume hiring. Not tech recruiting. Recruiter needs to understand that they are going to be expected to hit the clear, defined KPI’s monthly and quarterly. Someone who is extremely organized and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Someone who can manage their time with little direction.
Preferred but not required: iCIMS Knowledge, a NON-tech background is preferred, Operations background preferred.
Bachelors preferred but not mandatory; Minimum of 2 years experience as a full cycle Recruiter managing and owning high volume hiring

We are looking for a high-volume Recruiter to support our Community Operations division across the U.S. and Canada. As a Recruiter, you will partner with our business leaders to build a world class customer support organization, by designing and executing on a high volume hiring strategy; to attract, engage, and hire the right minds that are committed to providing a world class customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Partners with stakeholders to ensure participation and collaboration through the recruiting process for individual requisitions (e.g. hiring strategy meetings, kick off meetings, sourcing sessions, panel information email)
- Proactively assesses recruitment performance (e.g. offers report, time in stage, conversion rates)
- Closely aligns with candidate expectations throughout the recruiting process
- Understands candidate's skill-set and how it ties into the broader team, along with the team’s goals
- Partners with Hiring Managers to build out job descriptions and inform effective hiring processes based on insights (e.g. knowledge of interviewer skill set, required competencies, etc.)
Basic Qualifications: (All skills, both technical and soft, required to be successful in the role)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a full cycle Recruiter managing and owning high volume hiring
Preferred Qualifications: (job-related education, training, experience, and other criteria that are in addition to the Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications or other related field
- Experience in partnering and influencing senior level business leaders
- Working knowledge in using ICIMS or other related Applicant Tracking System
- Data driven decision maker
- 3 years of experience in recruiting
Salary : $35 - $40
