DESCRIPTION: Fast-paced, international restaurant group is seeking an established and passionate General Manager with a strong technical background in fine dining (Michelin/Luxury hotel F&B preferred) to lead their flagship US location in San Francisco. The right candidate will be someone that loves service and F&B, has a depth of experience leading a high volume luxury/fine dining restaurant ($15MM-25MM). Seeking strong financial acumen, passion for hospitality, experience leading a large team (both salaried and hourly) and driving success in a challenging market. Candidates with Michelin and/or Forbes 5 star F&B experience is preferred.Must be eligible to work in the USRelocation assistance is available for the right candidate. RESPONSIBILITIESProvide leadership and direction (from the financials to the flow of the dining room)Manage operations, administrative responsibilities, and finances of businessRecruit and train new hires on business practicesDrive development of employeesEnsure that quality of work or service is maintainedREQUIREMENTS: 5 years as General Manager or higher. Experience as a Director of Operations is preferred.5 years in fine dining restaurants and/or Forbes 5 star F&B settingsBachelors Degree in Business, Management or Hospitality preferredExperience managing top line between $15mm to $20mmExperience managing teams of up to 100 employeesExperience with CA labor laws in preferred but not requiredManagement and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skillsDemonstrated ability to leadComfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skillsCore Competencies:Accountable -You take ownership for the performance of your location and be accountable to the business and our investors.
