Job Description:

As a Data Collection Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing data collection activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established procedures. You will monitor data entry processes, troubleshoot technical issues, support users, and ensure the integrity and confidentiality of collected data. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate data collection activities.

• Monitor data entry procedures to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

• Provide guidance, support, and assistance to data collection users.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware-related issues.

• Track, monitor, and report the progress of data collection operations.

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

• Ensure compliance with established data collection protocols and standards.

Required Qualifications:
