About the Role:
One of our prestigious financial services clients is seeking a bright, energetic, and customer-focused Client Analyst to support a busy Executive Wealth Management team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of administrative or operations experience in a corporate environment, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong passion for client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the pipeline of new business opportunities using Salesforce.
- Coordinate client onboarding, data management, and contract processing.
- Prepare, submit, and track new account openings through funding.
- Introduce new clients and provide guidance on available online tools and platform features.
- Monitor and resolve client billing and contract-related issues.
- Schedule client meetings and support quality assurance activities.
- Assist during tax season with tax return quality control, estimated payments, and e-filing.
- Prepare documentation for third-party investment accounts and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Process asset transfers and account service requests, including banking services, beneficiary updates, powers of attorney, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal operational and investment teams on account-related activities.
- Support requests involving Special Investments, Private Equity, and Fixed Income transactions.
- Maintain accurate client records and data updates.
- Coordinate annual client communications and mailings.
- Complete required client callbacks and authentication procedures.
- Manage client consent communications and exception tracking.
- Support implementation of new operational policies and procedures.
- Request and distribute investment research reports as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2–5 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or client support role within a professional corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with outstanding client service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in financial services, banking, wealth management, or investment operations.
- Prior client onboarding or account management experience.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Completion of the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam is preferred but not required.
