Job Description
a. Job duties: Project Management, work collaboratively with marketing and project managers within organization to execute projects from conception to completion, with heavy emphasis on markups, coordinating production updates, and obtaining approvals including compliance.
b. Skills/experience needed. Must have Workfront experience. Must be detail oriented for project management, Have previous experience working with compliance and ideally insurance products. A self-starter and quick learner.
Key Responsibilities:
i. Rapidly learn internal business processes, project management frameworks, and regulatory/compliance requirements
ii. Take ownership of existing marketing projects and execute against defined timelines and deliverables
iii. Proactively identify needs, prioritize actions, and remove blockers to achieve desired outcomes
iv. Partner closely with marketing managers and project managers to understand objectives and ensure seamless execution
v. Manage projects within Workfront (required), maintaining timelines, workflows, and status updates
vi. Submit materials for compliance review, interpret feedback, and make necessary revisions quickly and accurately
vii. Ensure all projects are delivered on time or ahead of schedule, with strong attention to detail
Qualifications:
i. Proven experience in project management, preferably within marketing or regulated industries
ii. Strong working knowledge of Workfront (required)
iii. Experience navigating compliance processes and incorporating regulatory feedback
iv. Ability to quickly adapt, learn, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment
v. Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
vi. Insurance or employee benefits experience strongly preferred
