About the Position
IMCO is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator (PC). This role requires a self-starter with strong organization and communication skills, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and the capability to meet critical deadlines.
The PC will support multiple construction sites across Western Washington. This role provides key administrative, accounting, and project support to ensure smooth project execution.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide office administration and project support in line with office and project needs.
- Coordinate weekly with project team members to review time entry, verify equipment hours, and resolve discrepancies.
- Interface with vendors and internal team members to ensure accurate recording of project expenses and communicate concerns as needed.
- Assist with the development and processing of time-and-material billings.
- Create, track, and maintain project purchase orders in collaboration with the project management team.
- Review purchase orders for pricing accuracy, proper sales tax handling, and alignment with material costs.
- Support general office needs: ordering supplies, groceries, running errands, and assisting with event planning.
- Maintain a clean and professional office environment.
- Work independently and efficiently, often as the only staff member in the office.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive starting wage range of $27-$30 an hour, depending on experience
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance is available on the first of the month after 60 days
- 100% company match on employee 401(k) contributions up to 4% of eligible wages
- Paid time off - During the first year of employment: 10 days prorated on hire date
- January 1, before 6 months of employment: 10 days
- January 1 following 6 months of employment: 15 days
- January 1 following 5 years of employment: 20 days

Location & Schedule
- Westen Washington
- Evening and weekend work may occasionally be required to support bid deadlines
Knowledge & Demonstrated Proficiencies
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve errors
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong internal and external communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and support continuous improvement
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks of varying priorities
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience in a construction or administrative environment preferred
- High school diploma required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Vista Viewpoint (preferred, not required)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing and criminal background check
- Commitment to teamwork, safe work practices, and integrity
