Manage communications on behalf of President & CEO which includes email, letter, memos, presentations and other communications pieces as needed.

Assist President & CEO with generating, editing and tracking contract agreements, claims, legal items, and more.

Assist General Counsel (scan, type, edit, file and mail all legal documents).

Type, edit, format, and mail proposals and brochures for CEO, Business Development, and Marketing Department.

Maintain President & CEO’s calendar, contacts and travel arrangements.

Coordinate with President & CEO to oversee and handle building maintenance and tenant issues.

Interface with senior leadership and operational levels across company.

Handle travel arrangements for CEO and senior leadership.

Handle catering requests company wide.

Other tasks as required.
