- Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations according to pre- determined schedules, customer requests and immediate needs
- Serve as a reliable point of contact to balance drivers’ health and safety with customer requirements
- Coordinating and managing the most efficient loads to remain cost-effective as a company
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain good communication flow across the organization
- Addressing problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
- Use computer to send drivers to appropriate locations
- Other duties as assigned
