Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Swimming Pool & Outdoor Living Designer to bring exceptional outdoor spaces to life. In this role, you will craft stunning, functional, and sustainable outdoor environments that enhance our clients’ lifestyles. The Pool Designer will be responsible for creating custom 3D pool and outdoor living designs that align with client visions, site conditions, and budgetary requirements. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, the sales team, and project managers.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultation:
● Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and project goals.
● Conduct site visits to assess layout, elevation, and environmental factors.
● Communicate design options and educate clients on available features and materials.
Design Development:
● Create detailed pool and outdoor living designs using 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Pool Studio, SketchUp).
● Develop conceptual drawings, layouts, and renderings for client presentations.
● Ensure designs are functional, safe, and align with local building codes and regulations.
Proposal Collaboration:
● Work closely with the Sales Team to prepare accurate design proposals and budgets.
● Refine designs based on client feedback and budget constraints.
Project Handoff:
● Collaborate with the Project Manager and Operations Team to ensure seamless execution of the design plan.
● Provide detailed drawings and instructions for construction crews.
● Address design-related questions or clarifications during project implementation.
Innovation and Trends:
● Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, materials, and technologies in luxury pool and outdoor living construction.
● Incorporate innovative design elements to enhance project uniqueness and client satisfaction.
Documentation and Organization:
● Maintain organized records of all design files, revisions, and approvals.
● Create and manage design timelines to align with project schedules.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience as a Pool Designer or in a similar outdoor living design role.
● Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Pool Studio, SketchUp).
● Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and local building codes.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively with sales, operations, and project management teams.
● Attention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.
● Familiarity with luxury outdoor design elements, including fire features, water features, landscaping, and pool automation systems.
Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
