Recruitment Support
- Post job vacancies on various job boards and the company website.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Process reference/background checks.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
Onboarding/Terminations:
- Organize new employee orientation sessions.
- Prepare and manage onboarding materials and employee welcome kits.
- Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed and accurately filed. Processing of employment separations.

Employee Relations:
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of the Human Resources information system (HRIS); ensures accuracy and completeness of personnel files and employee records.
- Updates employee information, such as job titles, compensation, and benefits.
- Planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations. Payroll and timesheet functions including processing and answering employee questions.

Benefits Administration:
- Administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Provide support to employees with benefits-related inquiries. Coordinate open enrollment periods and process benefits changes.

HR Support:
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Preparation of HR reports, presentations, and metrics.
- Organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Help ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Be a resource to applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to CEO.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator will provide vital support to the CEO in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department and providing excellent service to our employees.
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position with competitive pay and benefits to include health, dental, vision insurances, 401k, and PTO. Position will rotate between our Anchorage, Palmer, and Eagle River sites.
· Education: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Experience Required:
o Minimum, 1-3 years in HR, recruitment, or administrative support – healthcare experience a plus but not required.
o Strong organizational skills with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Passion for professional development – SHRM-CP certification or in pursuit thereof.
