The national pay range for this role is listed in the posting. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. Job Description
- Set-up and run required jobs on mounting equipment, mount production pieces to specific substrates through the process of gluing and adhering two pieces of material together.
- Maintain standard of quality.
- Report any problems and/or discrepancies to the die cutting assistant/department manager.
- Keep the work area clean and orderly.
- Work overtime when needed.
- Report accurate time and quantities using the “ELF” systems.
- Perform other tasks as requested.
- Be responsible for maintaining glue inventory.
- Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF POSITION
- High School diploma or equivalent/Technical or equivalent experience
- 1 year mounting experience on any material
- Ability to measure in fractions of inches up to and including 32nds.
- Ability to communicate/understand written as well as oral instructions.
- Ability to apply written instructions to machine set-up.
- Basic Math skills including skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Reliability through attendance, punctuality, and attention to workstation.
- Supports a safe work environment.
- Knowledge of production materials.
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to visually inspect all work for defects and distinguish colors.
- Frequent reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and stooping.
- Manual dexterity for repetitive work.
- Frequent walking and standing.
