PAY STATEMENT
The national pay range for this role is listed below. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. Job Description:
- Checks all incoming jobs to be processed to determine that all information and material is available.
- Ensures product is labeled and packaged in accordance to Imagine specifications.
- Receives and locates product physically and electronically as needed.
- Ensures inventory accuracy in all transactions.
- Responds promptly and professionally to internal customer inquiries.
- Receives, unloads, and sorts product delivered from vehicles and vessels.
- Reads shipping documents and verifies the quantity and quality of items received.
- Processes damaged goods, customer returns, and credits to invoices.
- Moves merchandise from the shipping/receiving platform into the warehouse.
- Operates and maintains shipping/receiving equipment, such as forklifts, and maintains the appearance of the shipping/receiving platform.
- Maintains stockroom inventory and records.
- May receive and answer customer and vendor inquiries.
- Verifies and keeps records on incoming shipments.
- Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and contacts shipper to rectify damages and shortages.
- Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
- May use hand-held scanner to record barcode on incoming products or enter the information into a computer.
- May route items to other departments or different areas within the warehouse.
- May operate tier-lift truck or use hand truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping-and-receiving platform to storage or work area.

Minimum Qualifications of Position:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Warehouse, fulfillment or receiving experience preferred.
- Ability to operate lift trucks safely and efficiently.
- Good judgment and decision-making ability are necessary.
- Previous knowledge of warehouse operations
- Ability to communicate/understand written as well as oral instructions.
- Basic math skills and knowledge of simple computer operations
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to visually inspect all work for defects and distinguish colors.
- Frequent reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and stooping.
- Manual dexterity for repetitive work.
