Positional Overview
The Imagine Group is recruiting for a Regional Quality Manager on behalf of our client in Fort Mill, SC. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing regional quality assurance and quality control functions to ensure products meet established standards and customer expectations. You will develop and implement quality systems, drive corrective and preventative actions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Role & Responsibility:
- Serve as the senior quality representative for multiple manufacturing sites
- Lead customer quality investigations and issue resolution
- Drive RCCA processes across locations
- Ensure consistent implementation of company Quality Management Systems
- Coordinate site audits, customer audits, and compliance activities
- Standardize quality processes across sites
- Monitor customer complaints, RMAs, and corrective actions
- Lead systemic root cause investigations
- Implement improvements using FMEA, SPC, and control plans
- Partner with Engineering and Operations on process improvements
- Prepare and present customer-facing quality reports
- Support new product introductions and validations
- Ensure adherence to product specifications and regulatory standards
- Travel extensively to support on-site quality activities
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
- 7 years in Quality Engineering or Customer Quality roles
- Experience managing customer quality in manufacturing
- Certified Lead Auditor preferred
- Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred
- Solar / PV experience strongly preferred

- Expert-level problem solving and RCCA capability
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Deep knowledge of QMS, ISO 9001, and quality tools
- Proficient in SPC, Minitab, and data analytics
- Ability to influence without authority
- Excellent technical writing and presentation skills
